That’s right. This is not a program where you have to choose from a small list of homes that we already own or represent. With our programs, you get to choose the home that you would like in the area of town that you would like! You can work with one of our approved Realtors or on your own and purchase any home listed with an agent or one listed as “For Sale By Owner.” The choice of home is entirely up to you.

We have many different ways that we can help including but not limited to:

Helping you find the right home - We will work with you to find the right home based on your specific objectives such as the area of town you are interested in, your financial situation, personality, and lifestyle.

Special Financing Available - We have the ability to get people (even those with poor credit) qualified for long term, fixed-interest rate loans at today’s market rates. We also have other options such as Owner Financing that extends our ability even further.

Down Payment Assistance - We provide assistance and in many cases can cover your entire down payment! We can work with you regardless of whether or not you have a large lump sum of cash to put down on a home.

Closing Cost Assistance - In addition to Down Payment assistance, we can even provide assistance for Closing Costs!

Credit Repair Services - These services are available as necessary to help anyone that truly wants a home to have the chance at home ownership regardless of where their finances are today.

The Company does not have any ownership interests in any Realties or Brokerages, nor does it employ any real estate agents or mortgage brokers.
Buyers Assistance instead works with Realtors and Mortgage Brokers to ensure a smooth, professional home buying experience for all involved.

The company buys a limited number of homes each year for cash and has the ability to sell them to their clients using a proprietary form of owner financing.

Buyers Assistance works with individuals and families who want and need to buy a house but have been discouraged by traditional means.

Buyers Assistance of Wisconsin prides itself on its “Common Sense Financing” and lack of red tape typical of banks or other lenders.

The people helped can afford monthly home payments, but typically don’t have thousands of dollars to clear up credit issues, down payments, or closing costs.

Approved participants of the Buyers Assistance Programs can buy almost any home they select either for sale by owner or from the multiple listing service (MLS).

Buyers Assistance makes reasonable offers to buy homes in good condition for cash and then resells them to their approved participants with some form of owner financing or down payment assistance.

The original homeowner also benefits by getting his home sold quickly at a fair price, without any additional cost.
